Removal Process

1. We will first set up a convenient time for you and the inspector to come and evaluate the mold problem.  This could be as simple as looking at the infected area.

2. A bid/contract will be mailed after the inspector has determined the cost.

3.Once the signed contract is received, we will book a date to have the job done.

4. A swab test will be taken from an affected area to determine the spore count. These results will not be available until the job is completed.

5. Our certified technicians will clean the affected areas and apply the appropreiate Anabec product to prevent the mold from returning.

6. A second swab test will be taken from the same area to prove the mold is gone.

7. The test results and warranty will be mailed out as soon as they are recieved from the lab and Anabec headquarters.

Each mold problem is as different as the house or building it comes in.  This is why we come up with a solution that best fits your needs.  Moisture control is key to mold growth.  The underlying moisture problem that caused the mold growth must be corrected before removal of mold can begin.

Our technicians are certified by Environmental Education Associates, Inc. and are also certified applicators of the Anabec product.

We are able to offer long term warranties with our work ranging from 20 to 30 years.

An extensive back ground in all phases of construction, including basement water intrusion gives our technicians an edge in the field, along with the newest and latest equipment that technology has to offer.

Mold needs: Moisture, Food-(organic materials), and a comfortable temperature (40 to 100 degrees F). This is why mold is often found in buildings and homes, especially where this has been a water leakage problem.
